Ducati Panigale V4 Launched in India, Priced at Rs 20.53 lakh

Ducati Panigale V4 was probably the most awaited superbike of 2018. While we were busy with watching numerous youtube reviews of the bike, Ducati India decided to launch it in the country. The Panigale V4 will come in two flavors- Panigale V4 priced at Rs 20.53 lakh and Panigale V4 S priced at Rs 25.29 lakh (ex-showroom prices). That said, you better rush fast to your Ducati dealership because only 20 units are allotted to be sold in 2018.

The Customers placing an order before 30th June 2018 will also receive a numbered memorabilia with their Panigale V4. Moreover, the first two customers will be sponsored by Ducati for their Riding experience to be held in Sepang MotoGP circuit, Malaysia. The deliveries for the bikes will start in the month of July.

Sergi Canovas, MD of Ducati India said “”Our first announcement in India this year, the Panigale V4 is one of the most eagerly awaited motorcycles of 2018.”

He added: “This is the closest enthusiasts can get to owning a MotoGP prototype that is built for both excellent on-track performance and outstanding on-road rideability. We have been overwhelmed with inquiries since the announcement at EICMA and as a result, have opened bookings six months before the motorcycle even arrives in India.”

Ducati Panigale V4 is an iconic motorcycle that will write a new chapter in the history books of Ducati. That’s because this is the first Ducati offering to not have an L-twin engine. Panigale V4 is powered by a 1103cc V4 engine that makes 217 PS of power and 120 Nm of torque. Ducati marked the end of Panigale 1299 by launching final edition

Like the MotoGP Ducati, the Panigale V4 comes with a host of riding aids that will set new benchmarks. It features Ducati Traction Control, three riding modes (Street, Sport, Race), quickshifter for both up-shifts and downshifts. 5-inch TFT display, Launch control, Wheelie control, Inertia Measuring Unit, Cornering ABS, and Ducati Slide Control.

Updated chassis with extra front brace

The standard Panigale V4 rides on 43mm Showa big piston front forks and Sachs monoshock at the rear. The Panigale V4 S, on the other hand, features Ohlins NIX-30 forks and a TTX36 monoshock at the rear. Along with this, the Panigale V4 S also gets forged aluminum rims and a lighter lithium-ion battery.
