Yamaha Fascino gets New Paint Schemes

Yamaha Fascino scooter gets refreshed look with the help of seven new paint schemes and few other minor cosmetic changes. The seven new colour options are Dapper Blue, Glamorous Gold, Beaming Blue, Dazzling Grey, Spotlight white, sizzling cyan, and Sassy Cyan. The Yamaha Fascino carries a price tag of Rs 54,953 (ex-showroom, Delhi).

New Fascino also gets two-tone seat cover, a touch of chrome on few body panels, new graphics, and Fascino badges for the fenders. The previously available paint schemes are discontinued. Other than cosmetics, the grab rail for the passenger has been raised more.

Mechanicals

Yamaha Fascino continues to be powered by a 113cc single cylinder air cooled engine that makes 7.5 PS of power and 8.1 Nm of torque. Being a gearless scooter, the Fascino utilises a V-Belt automatic CVT transmission. This setup is good enough to deliver an estimated fuel economy of 66 km/L and a top speed of 85 kph. For the suspension, the Fascino rides on telescopic forks at the front and unit swing rear shocker. Stopping power comes from drum brakes both at the front and rear wheel. The fuel tank capacity of Fascino is 5.2 litres.

Where Fascino sits in Yamaha Lineup

Fascino is not the only scooter in the Yamaha India line-up. The most affordable offering in India is the Yamaha Ray Z. Yamaha Fascino is the second most affordable scooter in the lineup. Then comes Ray ZR and Alpha respectively. The design of Yamaha Fascino is quite unique and appeals to the youngsters.
